Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping for all our products and endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day. The processing time is usually 1-3 days.

Switzerland

No additional customs duties and taxes for deliveries within Switzerland

EU

No additional customs duties and taxes for deliveries within the EU.

International

Customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside Europe and Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer. These may vary

Processing

After processing the order you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us via the contact link on our website.

Cancellations

Please note that no changes or cancellations are possible once the order has been completed.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

Changed your mind? Not the right size or style? No problem!

Returns and exchanges are now easier than ever thanks to our online returns portal. Visit our returns portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.

• For exchanges, you will receive a prepaid return label.
• For returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

Return period: You have 14 days to request an exchange or return in the returns portal. The return must be received by us within 5 working days of submitting the request.

Noah*s Ocean will cover the postage costs in the following cases:

• Receipt of a different product than ordered
• Receipt of a product not ordered
• Receipt of an incomplete product

Reimbursement of expenses

• Unopened, undamaged original packaging: none
• Opened packaging or used product: at least 10% or minimum deduction of CHF 10
• Clothing and shoes without signs of wear, labels on the garment and original packaging present: none

Part exchanges are free of charge

For the return of the entire order, EUR 10.00 / CHF 10.00 or 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn
• The item must not have been washed.
• The tag must be attached to the item.
• The item must be returned in a degradable polybag.
• The item must be complete.
• Please enclose the return receipt in the parcel.

Exchange

If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged within 14 days. Please note that exchanged items cannot be returned again.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days. The credit to the credit card can take up to 10 days

Note: Please keep the return number until the refund has been completed.

Sale & clearance sale

Returns for reduced items will not be accepted. Items purchased with a discount code of more than 25% can only be exchanged

Gift cards

Returns and refunds of gift cards are excluded.
