Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping for all our products and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. The processing time is usually 1-3 days.
Switzerland
No additional customs fees and taxes for deliveries within Switzerland.
EU
No additional customs fees and taxes for deliveries within the EU.
International
Customs fees and taxes for deliveries outside of Europe and Switzerland are to be borne by the customer. These may vary.
Processing
After processing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us via the contact link on our website.
Cancellations
Please note that no changes or cancellations can be made after the order is completed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Changed your mind? Not the right size or style? No problem!
Returns and exchanges are now easier than ever thanks to our online return portal. Visit our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.
- For exchanges, you will receive a prepaid return label.
- For refunds, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
Return period: You have 14 days to apply for an exchange or return through the return portal. The return must be received by us within 5 business days after the application.
Shipping Costs
Parcel shipping: CHF 7.-
In the following cases, the shipping costs will be covered by Noah's Ocean:
- Receiving a different product than ordered
- Receiving a product that was not ordered
- Receiving an incomplete product
Compensation for Effort
- Unopened, undamaged original packaging: none
- Opened packaging or used product: at least 10% or a minimum deduction of CHF 10.-
- Clothing and shoes without signs of use, with tags on the garment and original packaging: none
Partial exchanges are free of charge.
For the return of the entire order, EUR 10.00 / CHF 10.00 or 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unworn.
- The item must not have been washed.
- The hang tag must be attached to the item.
- The item must be returned in the biodegradable polybag.
- The goods must be complete.
- Please enclose the return confirmation in the package.
Exchange
If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged within 14 days. Please note that exchanged items cannot be returned again.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The credit on your credit card may take up to 10 days.
Note: Please keep the return tracking number until the refund is completed.
Sale & Clearance
Returns for reduced items are not accepted. Items purchased with a discount code of more than 25% can only be exchanged.
Gift Cards
Returns and refunds for gift cards are excluded.
