Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Policy*
Your satisfaction with your Noah*s Ocean® order matters a lot to us! If that's not the case, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
*Items excluded from the right of withdrawal under our Terms & Conditions do not apply.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Register your return via our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Step 2: Make sure the item is unworn and unwashed, the hang tag is still attached, and the item is fully enclosed in the compostable poly bag. Please pack your item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Step 3: Place the return confirmation in the parcel and send it off.
Tip: Please keep your tracking number until your return has been processed and your refund issued.
Return Costs
As a small business, processing returns is costly for us and for the environment. For this reason, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original shipping costs of the order are also non-refundable.
If you're unsure about size, materials, or colours before ordering, feel free to reach out — we'll help you find the right item and avoid unnecessary returns: WhatsApp or Email. We reply quickly.
Did something go wrong on our end? If you received an incorrect, defective, or incomplete item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A deduction may apply for returns of the full order. Partial exchanges are free of charge.
Please note:
- Clothing without signs of wear, with tag and in original packaging: no deduction
- Opened packaging or used product: at least 10% or a minimum of CHF 10.00 deduction
Exchange
Wrong size? No stress — exchanges are possible within 14 days. Please note: exchanged items cannot be returned again.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 1–3 business days. Depending on your payment method, the credit may take up to 10 days.
Sale & Discount Codes
Sale items are excluded from the right of return. Items purchased with a discount code of more than 25% can only be exchanged.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are excluded from returns and refunds.
