Terms and Conditions (T&C)
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery ("T&C") apply to all contracts, offers and orders at Noah*s Ocean®, a brand of Kreativfritze Design & Innovation ("we", "us" or "our"). Other general terms and conditions do not apply. In case of conflict, other contract documents take precedence.
Prices
The prices shown on our website apply to all products. The applicable VAT is included in the price. For shipping costs by region, please see our Shipping Policy.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of our invoice.
Warranty and Exchange
For information on returns, exchanges, return shipping costs and refunds, please see our Right of Withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for the sale of our products is limited to the statutory provisions. We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent to the extent required by law. Liability for vicarious agents is also excluded.
Changes to T&C
We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer electronically.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All contractual relationships are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) of 11 April 1980. Exclusive jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
