Right of Withdrawal
Your satisfaction with your Noah*s Ocean® order matters a lot to us. If that's not the case, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return Period
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange via our return portal. The return must be received by us within 5 business days of submitting the request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- hang tag still attached
- fully enclosed in the compostable poly bag
- in original packaging
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Register your return via our return portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Step 2: Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Step 3: Place the return confirmation in the parcel and send it off.
Tip: Keep your tracking number until your return has been processed and your refund issued.
Return Costs
As a small business, processing returns is costly for us and for the environment. For this reason, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Did something go wrong on our end? If you received an incorrect, defective or incomplete item, we will of course cover the return costs. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@noahsocean.ch or via WhatsApp.
Restocking Fee
For the return of the full order, CHF 10.00 / EUR 10.00 or 10% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund. Partial exchanges are free of charge.
Please note:
- Clothing without signs of wear, with tag and in original packaging: no deduction
- Opened packaging or used product: at least 10% or minimum CHF 10.00 deduction
Exchange
Wrong size? No stress — exchanges are possible within 14 days. Please note: exchanged items cannot be returned again.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment method, the credit may take up to 10 days. We initiate the credit immediately — the duration is up to your payment provider.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging.
Sale & Discount Codes
Sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items purchased with a discount code of more than 25% can only be exchanged.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are excluded from returns and refunds.
