• Switzerland: CHF 8.50, 1–3 working days · Express A-Mail CHF 15.00: guaranteed next-working-day dispatch, same day if you order by noon

• Rest of Europe: € 12.50, 2 working days · Express € 20.00

• Processing 1–3 working days. Orders in by noon Mon–Fri usually ship the same day.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery. Register via the returns portal.
• Unworn and unwashed, tags on, in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is on you. If we delivered the wrong, faulty or incomplete item, it's on us — just write to us.
• Refund to the same payment method, 1–3 working days after receipt and check.
• Sale & discount codes: Reduced items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Items purchased with a discount code can only be exchanged.
